Social media may ruin marriages and relationships, if misused.
In order to build strong marriage or relationship we suppose to choose effective ways of communication, good communication brings positive results in relationships regardless of relationship status, the way you communicate can either strengthen your relationship or completely destroy it. Social media are the platforms of communication that connects family and friends in a way that they can easily share their feelings in so many ways.
It is different when comes to marriages or when one aims at creating strong relationship, spouses must set up a better plan to communicate behind the social media, and I recommend face to face communication for people who are in relationships or people who are married to each other, when you need to clarify things, or faults or any misunderstanding to the loved one having discussion in physical contacts is very important because you can spot the response from the other person depending on their body language, like the way they look at you, the tone of their voice e.t.c. I am not ignoring the use of social media and its positive impacts in communication but its the fact that physical interaction is the best and more powerful. For people who are in distant relationship then they have no other option for interaction than depending on social media or any other communication tools.
Lets take examples of World famous people who are married and they are currently doing good in their marriage
David and Victoria Beckham
Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z a.k.a The carters
Barack Obama and Michelle Obama
We have never seen those couples broadcast their marriage problems on social media, its not because they have good PR managers and even if they are having the PR managers that means their managers are doing a good job to control what is shared in their social media platforms.
Situations are different from one marriage or relationship to another but still there are so many forms which are solid for communicating your needs to the other person instead of going on Facebook, or twitter or Instagram for example, and share the problems that you are facing in your relationship.
Chris Seiter who is an expert of relationships says in his writing that people who were/are in relationships use social media to either follow whats up in their significant other/ ex partner which they may get the right idea or wrong impression of what is really going on in their significant other/ ex partner life.
Depending on the life styles of where you live, in case you are having problems in your Marriage or relationship that you and your partner have failed to clear, you may need to consult a trusted marriage counselor ,relationship expert, parents or spiritual leader who can help you through any struggle.
It the middle of marriage or relationship crisis be aware of social media, because you may be mentally unstable at the moment so you may share something on social media that will cause more difficulties to solve the conflict and make you regret later.
Do not even think of throwing shades on your partner or write anything related to the crisis he/she may over analyze and cause more problems between you two.Act normal and engage in other important duties that will benefit you and keep you busy will setting up a better plan to solve the existing crisis.
It is so wrong to share your relationships or marriage problems on social media, not only social media but it is not right to share your relationship issues with people who will never help you in anyway.

When wrong people hear your story they may be source of gossip about your love life which is so bad.
